30 Day Challenge – (Day 3) My Worst Habbit

Well for day 3 of my 30 day challenge I will talk about a habit I wish I didn’t have. That habbit is smoking.

I have been smoking ever since my teen years and on numerous occasions I have tried to quit. I have tried the patch but it won’t stick to my skin. Tried the gum and had mixed reviews. Tried Champix and have had that work twice but it never lasted. I will say this though I will quite and won’t stop trying untilĀ I do.

Also of my problem quitting is my anger. I get really mad, really fast and with kids I as a father can’t be that way. I think in order to succeed I need to find ways to cope better with my anger and stop using it as my excuse to not quite.

My next attempt is to try these vape thingys. Fingers crossed for when I try again.
